TRANS-SIBERIAN ORCHESTRA 4-3-2-1 CONTEST RULES
These contest rules are specific to the above contest conducted by Entercom Wichita, LLC d/b/a KFBZ (collectively, the “Station”). Except to the extent specifically set forth below with respect to this specific contest, the Station’s general contest rules apply to this contest as well. A copy of these specific contest rules and the Station’s general contest rules are available at the Station’s studio at 2120 N. Woodlawn, Suite 352, Wichita, KS, 67208, during regular business hours and on the contest page on the Station’s website at 1053thebuzz.com. To the extent that the general contest rules differ from these rules, these rules will govern and control with respect to this Contest.
1. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
2. To enter this contest:
(a) Weekdays (excluding holidays) from December 1, 2008, through December 4, 2008 the song “Nutcracker Medley” by Trans-Siberian Orchestra will play on Station once per weekday between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm. Immediately after the song starts playing for the first time that day (must be a full song aired on Station, not a song clip or hook or a portion of a song used in an intro, promotional announcement or advertisement that airs), the 10th caller received at the Station on its contest line at (316) 436-1053 will be that day’s winner of the prize described below, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the contest rules. Only calls received at the preceding phone number are eligible to participate in this contest. If the designated song plays again later during the day, it will not be considered a winning opportunity and another prize will not be awarded. Only the song as performed by Trans-Siberian Orchestra will qualify as winning opportunities. WARNING: Online listeners to streamed broadcasts may experience a lag in transmissions due to buffering limitations. Contest Participants should not rely on streamed broadcasts. If the Station does not receive at least 10 calls when a winning “Song of the Day” is first played, the contest will not be repeated. Once a 10th caller is received during each contest day, the contest will end for that day and resume with a new contest on the following contesting weekday.
3. Odds of winning depend upon the number of calls or entries received.
4. One prize will be awarded each contesting day in this Contest. The verified winners in this contest will receive the following prizes valued at approximately $100 each:
- Monday, December 1, 2008: One pair of 4th row tickets to the Trans-Siberian Orchestra concert, December 5th, at the Kansas Coliseum.
- Tuesday, December 2, 2008: One pair of 3rd row tickets to the Trans-Siberian Orchestra concert, December 5th, at the Kansas Coliseum.
- Wednesday, December 3, 2008: One pair of 2nd row tickets to the Trans-Siberian Orchestra concert, December 5th, at the Kansas Coliseum.
- Thursday, December 4, 2008: One pair of front-row tickets to the Trans-Siberian Orchestra concert, December 5th, at the Kansas Coliseum.
The above prizes are subject to additional restrictions as set forth in the Station’s General Contest Rules (available at www.1053thebuzz.com.)
9. The sponsors of this contest are: Entercom Wichita, LLC, and Stone City Attractions.
